Terms and conditions:​

1. All sessions are to be paid in full in advance to secure a booking. 

2. It is the clients responsibility to ensure they attend at the correct date time and place for their session after confirming their booking.

3. You may cancel your booking for a full refund within 24 hours of making the booking. After this period the service is non refundable.

4. You may transfer you booking to another date up to a week before your booking. You may do this once only.

5. We reserve the right to change, amend or postpone the date or time of a session at short notice. This may include running a session online instead of in person.

6. If when attending a session it is deemed by the trainer necessary to remove the dog from class on welfare reasons such as stress or health concerns a 50% refund will be given.

7. If your dog comes into season please let your trainer know as soon as possible. Your booking may still go ahead or be rescheduled as the discretion of the trainer.

8. If you are unable to attend a class on the day of a booking due to illness of the dog or owner, the class can be rescheduled to a later date, no refund will be given. You may do this once only.

9. If a training session is missed as part of a course, the session cannot be repeated and therefore the owner forsakes the money pre-paid for this session.

10. Please do not knowingly book a dog that shows aggression or nervousness towards other dogs onto group training classes. Please contact us if you are not sure whether a class is suitable for your dog.

11. Please do not knowingly book a dog that shows aggression or nervousness towards other people onto any service without discussing first. Please contact us if you are not sure whether a service is suitable for your dog.

12. We make every effort to ensure the safety of both clients and dogs during sessions, by booking a session you accept that participation in an activity with dogs, children and adults poses some risk of injury to yourselves, anyone that accompanies you, and your dog.

13. When requesting a home visit please ensure that you carry out the preparation for the trainer to attend, this may include having your dog on lead on arrival or being shut in another room.

14. Our trainers are not able to advise on behavioural issues or advise on or prescribe medication. If a dog is deemed to need behavioural advice you will be recommended to contact a qualified behaviourist and vet instead.

15. Each dog must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18, children are not allowed to take part in sessions unaccompanied.

16. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and should not disrupt other participants. They are welcome to attend and train with their own dogs.  

17. Dogs must be fully vaccinated with proof available, to attend classes.

18. In any situation where dogs are in close contact with each other, there is some risk of the transferal of infectious diseases, including kennel cough, and this is the case with bringing your dog(s) to a group class or attending the venue that other dogs have previously used.

19. Vaccinations reduce but do not eliminate the risk of infection. Therefore, by attending classes you understand the risk and in the event of your dog becoming ill, a claim cannot be made against the trainer or venue used.

20. Dogs showing signs of kennel cough, or who have recently had kennel cough, must not attend classes until at least 2 weeks after their symptoms (including coughing) have completely resolved.

21. Any data stored will be done so securely an in compliance to up to date GDPR terms. Please contact us if you wish to make a GDPR request.

22. Follow up emails may be sent with session notes, and occasional updates, please advise if you would like to be removed from these emails.
