FAQs
Q - Can I bring someone with me?
A – Of course, the more the merrier! It’s good for the whole household to be on the same page about training.
Q – Can I still come if my dog is in season?
A – Contact us to chat about it. Each dog is different, and it depends on the other dogs in the class.
Q- What training methods do you use?
A – We are reward based, positive reinforcement trainers accredited with the APDT and ABTC ATI. We wont ever ask you to hurt your dog or cause them fear. That includes using equipment which could harm them.
Q – What do I need to bring?
A – Your confirmation email will have all the details of what to bring to your session. But make sure you have lots of treats!
Q – I purchased “classes only” and now I regret not upgrading my package! I want more!
A – Not to worry, just pop us an email and we can upgrade your package.
Q – How can I pay?
A – We bank with Monzo Business, so we can send a payment link, or you can input our bank details. Some puppy classes can be paid for on our online system by card.
Q – Why can I pay for some things online and not others?
A – We are trialling a new payment system. Currently only puppy classes can be purchased online with Sam. Classes with Bec are by booking form and bank transfer.
Q – I’m trying to book with the online system but it won’t let me!
A – That class is probably full! You can always email us to check.
Q - Can I pay in instalments?
A – Sorry not yet, we require payment in full up front to secure your spot.
