Head Start Puppy is a private one-to-one puppy training session for owners who have recently welcomed a puppy (or adult dog) into their home. Whether you're struggling with toilet training, puppy biting, sleep routines, or simply want to give your puppy the best possible start, our personalised coaching gives you the confidence and skills to build great habits from day one.

It’s also ideal if you're waiting for your puppy to complete their vaccinations and want to begin training before joining our puppy group classes.

It's a simple and convenient way to get personalised puppy training without the need to travel, making it ideal for busy owners and young puppies who aren't yet ready to venture out. You'll receive practical advice, tailored guidance and the opportunity to ask questions in real time, all from wherever you are.

Microsoft Teams is free to use, all you need is a device capable of making a video call.
